A: The driver will have a sign with your last name on it.

Q: What if my flight is early or delayed?
A: We monitor all commercial as well as private flights, we also check the trains. So whether you arrive early or late our driver will be at baggage claim area waiting for your arrival.
Q: What type of vehicles do you use?
A: We use late-model Lincoln Town Cars/Cadillac Deville as well as Cadillac Escalade ESV.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Priority Airport Sedan requires 2 hours advance notice for all cancellations. If you cancel less than 2 hours before your scheduled service, we do bill you for the full amount.
Q: Is this site safe for me to input my personal information?

Airport and Train Station pick up Procedure
At airport and train station, we monitor flight & train arrival times, so no matter how late or early you arrive; we will be there to pick you up. This also avoids any extra waiting time charges because we grant30 minutes grace period at airport and Train station after the updated arrival times. After all the passengers from your flight have left, our chauffeurs will have the client’s name paged on the Public Address system. We will also try to call the passenger’s cell phone number, so it is essential that you provide us with passenger’s cell phone number. After one hour wait at airport or train station and other locations, if we do not make contact with the client, we will release the driver and the client will be billed as No Show. Please read our No Show policy for more information.
BWI & Dulles Airport: Only inside pick-up is available at BWI and Dulles airports. Driver will meet clients at the designated baggage claim area of their airline and flight number with their name sign.
Reagan National: At Reagan National, inside and curbside pick-ups are available.
For curbside pick-up, once client is at the second curb, they should call 571-434-7919 and give the dispatch door number.
Union Station: At Union Station, driver will meet clients at the middle curb lane with a name sign on passenger side window.
Waiting Time: We grant 30 minutes grace period after updated flight arrival time for all airports and train station pickups. All other pick-ups receive 15 minutes grace period after which, applicable hourly waiting time will apply.
Note: (van, mini-bus, and coach pickups are always curb meets)
